Credit Terms and Agreement

All accounts are due and payable to Continental Paper within thirty (30) days of date of invoice.  Purchase terms to be 1%10 Net 30.  All accounts which are not paid in full within thirty (30) days shall bear interest at the rate of 1% per month on any unpaid balance.  Continental Paper may, at its option, accept past due payments without modifying the terms of this agreement, and without waiving any further rights of Continental Paper hereunder.  In the event if becomes necessary for Continental Paper to commence legal proceedings to collect any amounts due by reason of any purchase made by applicant, applicant agrees to pay reasonable attorneys fees and any court costs.
